Terms of Service

Introduction

These terms govern the relationship between the provider (PARMAL – Painting & Coating) and the customer when providing painting and coating services.

Order and Inquiry

• Customers may send inquiries via the form, phone or email.
• The offer/quote is non-binding until confirmed by both parties.
• The provider may adjust the offer if on-site conditions differ.

Price and Payment

• The price is set by the offer or hourly/task rate.
• Invoices are typically due in 14 days unless agreed otherwise.
• A deposit may be required before work starts.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• The customer may cancel or reschedule by agreement.
• Late cancellation may incur a fee to cover incurred costs.

Consumer Right of Withdrawal

A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. If performance begins upon the consumer’s explicit request before this period expires, the right may be lost proportionally to the services already provided.

Performance and Cooperation

• The customer provides access to the premises and basic preparation as instructed.
• The provider performs the work with due care and within the agreed scope.

Handover, Complaints and Warranty

• The work is handed over upon completion and inspection in a handover protocol.
• Defects must be reported without undue delay.
• Warranty covers defects caused by workmanship, not ordinary wear.

Liability and Limitation

We are liable as set by law; indirect and consequential damages are excluded to the maximum extent permitted.

Intellectual Property and Website

Website content is protected by copyright. Copying or distribution is prohibited without consent.

Privacy

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy available on this website.

Governing Law and Disputes

Czech law applies. Disputes are resolved by Czech courts; ADR is available for consumers (Czech Trade Inspection Authority).

Changes

We may modify these terms; the new version becomes effective upon publication unless stated otherwise.
